Salsa Roja
Esta salsa es dulce y picante en su justa medida,esta muy buena con carnes a la brasa.
Con un solomillo pequeño de cerdo,lo sazonas y lo pones a la brasa si estas celebrando una barbacoa o a la plancha.Una vez cocinado cortalo en medallones gruesos y coloca una cucharada sobre cada medallón.Puedes acompañarlo de patatas asadas o cocidas rehogadas con aceite de oliva al romero de nuestra gama.

Exquisita y ligera salsa de setas resulta estupenda para acompañar patatas asadas.Coge una patata grande por cada comensal,la envuelves en papel vegetal la introduces en el horno,ve pinchandola con un tenedor hasta comprobar que el centro esta blando.
La sirves,caliente,recien sacada del horno,le haces una franja en el centro y colocas una buena cucharada de esta salsa en el centro.Rociala por encima con perejil picado al colocarla en el plato.

Mushroom Sauce

Elige una de nuestras tostas,las tienes con pasas,con albaricoque etc..Por otro lado puedes bien comprar un bloc de paté de pato o de oca,colocala en un lado del plato junto a él coloca un poco de hierba aromatica junto las tostas elegidas.En un pequeño cuenco coloca la mermalada de moras con ginebra.Unta el paté a la tosta y unta un poco de esta mermelada,resulta exquisita la union del dulce y salado en el paladar.
